Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Porto Novo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Porto Novo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a package is damaged in transit, please contact Porto Novo immediately with supporting photos. Porto Novo will assist with claims but is not responsible for shipping carrier errors beyond our control.
